Price: £3

I expect those involved in the DIY punk scene may be familiar with Owen Richards, if not with the man himself then of his photographs that have spilled over from record sleeves, magazines and even national newspapers for the last few years. Not only a super nice guy, he’s also a talented man, constantly taking pictures, both of the ever changing (and some might even say exciting) UK punk/artpunk/whatever scene but also of environments, day to day observations and friends that pass in front of his

As a result, his latest zine is a beautifully produced, slightly-bigger-than-A4, full colour collection of some recent shots. I have to say Owen is always at the top of his game when it comes to production, and with photo zines the right finish is always key. How he can still sell these for £3 I have no idea! But anyway, coupled with a fittingly minimal cover illustration from Matt Walkerdine this is a real treat, an update of his recent work and a snapshot of a scene in the vein of Steve Gullick or Day 19 and their ilk. If he still has any, get it quick!
