Sometimes things get a bit serious and we feel the weight of the world on our shoulders. In 2008 a good friend to many of us at Last Hours, Dave Mahoney, was arrested after the RNC protest in the Twin Cities, USA. He is facing serious charges which could lead to a lengthy jail sentence.
Friends, supporters and anti-authoritarians have been working to raise money for Dave’s legal fees. These acts of solidarity have come in the form of fundraisers, stalls at events, a compilation CD and more. Despite the difficult circumstances a recent effort to raise funds bought a smile to my face. Check out the video.
