This Saturday, 13th February, marks the Alternative Press Fair’s first birthday, and they’re having another small press fair to celebrate. It’s a cool free event that celebrates all things self-published and DIY.
The most important thing obviously is to buy the new books published by the Last Hours collective (Year of the Monkey, Excessive Force and Morgenmuffel’s Diary of a Miscreant) because we’ve got a stall there next to Active Distribution. But there’s much else beside that, including a huge number of small press publishers and creators, and there’ll also be collaborative drawing and screenprinting during the day. It should be awesome.
It kicks off at midday and is running to midnight, with the small press fair finishing at 6pm and the party starting at 7pm. The party will include poetry, spoken word and music.
It promises to be a fun day.
